Job Description
- Take customer orders and handle billing/order entry accurately.
- Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other food items as per company SOPs.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper presentation.
- Prepare, pack, and serve customer orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, tables, chairs, counters, glass doors, and restaurant premises.
- Perform regular sweeping and mopping of floors and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Maintain washroom cleanliness and hygiene.
- Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas before and after food preparation.
- Support stock handling and basic inventory activities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and other team members during shifts.
- Support the overall smooth operation and cleanliness of the outlet.
