- Responsible for managing service and operational activities within branch banking. - Overseeing branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. - Coordinating with various teams to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. - Managing staff and resources to meet branch targets and compliance requirements. - Ensuring adherence to banking policies and procedures in daily operations. - Handling escalations and resolving operational issues promptly. - Monitoring branch performance metrics and implementing improvements. - Collaborating with regional teams across North, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh regions. - Driving initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence. - Supporting branch growth through effective service and operations management.Job role
