Job Description

# Brand and Omnichannel Growth Manager

**Company:** Nuvexa Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

**Location:** Attibele, Bengaluru

**Employment:** Full-time

**Experience:** Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience; demonstrated capability takes priority over years alone.

**Reporting:** Founder & CEO, with day-to-day operating oversight from the CBO.

**Initial focus:** Superbeing Nutrition, with additional portfolio responsibilities according to approved launch plans.

### About Nuvexa Biotech

**Nuvexa Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is an AI-powered healthtech company developing hyper-specific, problem-solving products—not the same formulation with a different brand cover.**

Our portfolio spans **nutraceuticals, skincare, Ayurveda, pet care and pharmaceuticals**. We combine consumer insights, scientific research, purposeful formulations and AI-enabled execution to address clearly defined everyday needs.

We seek professionals who **learn continuously, contribute meaningfully, adapt constructively and grow with the company.**

### Role Purpose

Lead brand development, consumer intelligence and profitable growth across online and offline channels.

Build an **organic-first growth system** through useful content, search discovery, communities, referrals, partnerships, suitable repeat purchases and productive distribution. Use paid advertising selectively within approved contribution and cash limits.

Connect marketing with product readiness, availability, fulfilment, customer satisfaction and collections. Support the company’s **₹100 crore first-year revenue ambition** through a measurable operating plan shared with channel, product, supply-chain and leadership teams.

### Core Operating Principles

- **User first:** Understand actual needs, communicate accurately and resolve problems responsibly.

- **Profitability first:** Protect contribution and cash; contain losses promptly.

- **Organic-led growth:** Reduce dependence on expensive paid acquisition through useful, measurable programmes.

- **Community and trust:** Build lasting participation and customer relationships.

- **Repeat and retention:** Earn continued purchases through suitable products, availability and service.

- **Data-led execution:** Make decisions using verified evidence and controlled experiments.

- **AI-enabled productivity:** Simplify repetitive work while preserving human accountability.

### Key Responsibilities

**1. Brand Strategy and Positioning**

- Define the intended consumer, specific need, alternatives, differentiation and value proposition for priority products.

- Own positioning, messaging, founder storytelling, brand guidelines and the integrated marketing calendar.

- Translate ingredient and formulation information into understandable communication with R&D and QA approval.

- Maintain consistency across packaging, listings, websites, advertising, social media and retail materials.

- Prioritise hero products and purposeful assortment expansion using demand, evidence and commercial feasibility.

**2. Organic Growth and Marketing Efficiency**

- Lead SEO, AEO, AI-search visibility, educational content, community, referrals, partnerships and customer advocacy.

- Build reusable content and distribution systems that strengthen discovery and trust.

- Develop relevant earned-media, expert, creator and affiliate relationships.

- Include employee time, production, samples, commissions and events when evaluating organic acquisition costs.

- Use paid media for defined tests and profitable opportunities.

- Improve contribution per marketing rupee rather than pursuing reach or spending growth alone.

**3. Commercial Planning and Profitable Acquisition**

- Convert business objectives into monthly plans by SKU, channel, geography and customer segment.

- Agree budgets, assumptions, owners, milestones and review dates with the CBO and Finance.

- Work towards low fully loaded CAC, strong retention and sustainable profitability.

- Evaluate conversion, net realised AOV, acquisition payback and customer-cohort contribution.

- Include discounts, fulfilment, returns, RTO, creator costs and channel deductions in commercial reviews.

- Test suitable bundles and replenishment propositions against the initial **₹1,100 D2C AOV planning baseline**.

- Coordinate demand creation with stock, delivery capability and available cash.

**4. Omnichannel Marketing and Distribution**

- Coordinate D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, GT, pharmacies, MT and institutional growth.

- Align campaigns with listings, assortment, pricing, availability and replenishment.

- Prioritise cities, pincodes, store clusters and accounts using demand, serviceability and contribution.

- Evaluate listing fees, margins, promotions, logistics, expiry exposure, returns and settlement terms with channel owners.

- Develop measured roadshows, apartment gatherings, workplace activities, retail events and partnerships.

- Evaluate pop-ups, shop-in-shop and showroom opportunities through catchment and operating economics.

- Track productive coverage, sell-through, reorders and collections.

**5. Consumer Insights and Participation**

- Understand purchase triggers, objections, expectations, usage experiences and discontinuation reasons.

- Analyse approved customer conversations, website searches, surveys, reviews, returns and community feedback.

- Conduct structured interviews and concept evaluations.

- Invite consumers to guide improvements and identify unmet needs.

- Maintain an insight register linking evidence, implications, actions, owners and results.

- Identify whether a concern requires better information, service, availability, formulation or a new product.

- Communicate meaningful improvements back to consumers where appropriate.

**6. Social Media, Content and Community**

- Own the integrated calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the website.

- Develop useful content around consumer questions, ingredients, product purpose, quality, usage and realistic expectations.

- Coordinate regional-language content, educational sessions and community participation.

- Ensure claims, disclosures, permissions and asset rights are approved.

- Evaluate qualified attention, enquiries, contribution and consumer learning alongside reach and engagement.

- Build communities through continuing usefulness, participation and responsive service.

**7. Influencers, Affiliates and Referrals**

- Select partners based on relevance, credibility, content quality and commercial fit.

- Establish briefs, terms, usage rights, attribution windows and payout rules.

- Prefer sustainable commercial arrangements, including suitable performance-linked structures.

- Coordinate transaction validation, return adjustments and payout approval with Finance.

- Investigate coupon leakage, self-referrals and duplicate credit.

- Assess incremental value instead of treating every attributed sale as new demand.

**8. Customer Experience, Repeat and Retention**

- Own retention strategy with the CX and Retention Executive.

- Coordinate onboarding, usage education, replenishment, referrals, subscriptions and service recovery.

- Develop permission-based WhatsApp and Instagram-assisted commerce.

- Resolve recurring complaints and reasons for discontinuation.

- Track repeat-customer rate, repeat-order share and retention separately.

- Maintain straightforward opt-outs, subscription pause and cancellation.

- Improve repeat purchases through suitability and trust rather than unnecessary consumption or discount dependence.

**9. Data Analysis and Trend Intelligence**

- Own commercial measurement definitions with Finance and Engineering.

- Analyse performance by SKU, bundle, campaign, creator, channel, cohort and pincode where reliable data exists.

- Distinguish forecasts from actuals, attribution from incremental impact and new-customer acquisition from repeat sales.

- Monitor consumer, ingredient, format, pricing, competitor, distribution and shopping trends.

- Separate temporary spikes, seasonal changes and sustained demand.

- Maintain a prioritised opportunity roadmap with evidence, commercial implications and test criteria.

- Present sources, update times, assumptions and limitations.

**10. Product and Launch Coordination**

- Convert validated needs into commercial briefs for R&D and leadership.

- Contribute audience, positioning, format preferences, target price, channel requirements and demand assumptions.

- Coordinate launch readiness across product information, claims, packaging, listings, stock, training, creative and support.

- Escalate dependencies and delays with proposed solutions.

- Review post-launch acceptance, repeat behaviour, complaints and economics.

- Support parallel launches according to company priorities and available specialist capacity.

**11. Loss Prevention and Stop-Loss Discipline**

- Lead weekly SKU, campaign, channel and geography profitability reviews.

- Establish approved test budgets, contribution thresholds, loss limits and restart conditions.

- Contain negative-contribution activity through authorised reductions or pauses.

- Account for conversion delay, sample size and return maturity before judging results.

- Recommend renegotiation, assortment changes or channel exit when losses persist.

- Include inventory, contractual obligations and customer commitments in material suspension decisions.

- Coordinate reductions in COD losses, RTO, cancellations, expiry and service-related waste.

**12. AI, Automation and Team Leadership**

- Use the company’s Generative AI Brain, agents and unified workspace for research, planning, analysis and reporting.

- Work with One World AI on automation and FUTURA on marketing execution.

- Automate suitable reporting, feedback classification, reminders and exception detection.

- Require traceable calculations, verified sources and approval controls.

- Coordinate Performance Marketing, channel owners, Creative, CX, Supply Chain, Accounts, R&D and QA.

- Maintain priorities, owners, dependencies and deadlines.

- Preserve SOPs, decisions, source assets and experiments; train a backup.
