Site Supervisor (Electrical, Plumbing, Finishes)

We build residential apartments in Jigani, Bangalore, and hire for our ongoing and upcoming projects. We need a senior supervisor who owns electrical, plumbing and tiling on site, from reading the drawings to handing over a finished flat. You will work alongside our civil supervisor, who runs blockwork, plaster, door frames and windows. Each of you checks the other's work before it is signed off.

This is a hands-on site role for someone who has done it before. You set the sequence of trades, catch mistakes before they are covered up, and record every check with a measurement and a photo.

What you will do:

Read the electrical, plumbing and architectural drawings; mark out points, levels and routes on site before work starts

Sequence the trades: conduits and boxes before plaster, concealed plumbing pressure-tested before tiling, tiling after services are signed off

Supervise electrical work: conduit routes, box heights, DB and earthing, wiring, and a test of every circuit

Supervise plumbing work: concealed lines, slopes to drains, pressure tests, fittings, and a check for leaks at every joint

Supervise tiling: levels set from the metre mark and the finished floor level, slopes in wet areas, joints, hollowness checks

Check the civil supervisor's work (frames, windows, openings, plaster) against the drawings and our measurement standards, and have your own work checked in return

Record site readings, checks and photos in our site app on a tablet the same day

Plan labour and materials a week ahead; raise material requisitions in the app

Prepare flats and common areas for final inspection and customer handover

Work: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Experience: 8+ years, of which at least 3 supervising MEP and finishes on multi-storey residential.
