Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and pricing strategies
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial documentation
- Respond client queries in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, operations) for solution feasibility
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
