Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and active Field Boy with at least 1 year of experience in purchase-related activities and other field work. The candidate will be responsible for handling local purchases, collecting and delivering materials/documents, visiting vendors, and completing various outdoor assignments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle local purchase and procurement-related field work.
• Visit suppliers and vendors for material collection and delivery.
• Collect quotations, bills, invoices, and other purchase documents.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material availability, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Deliver and collect documents, materials, and other company requirements.
• Assist the purchase team in sourcing and arranging materials as required.
• Conduct market visits to identify and purchase required items.
• Coordinate with office staff, suppliers, and other field personnel.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, deliveries, and expenses.
• Handle other outdoor and field-related tasks assigned by management.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in field work, purchase, delivery, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of purchase and vendor coordination.
• Good knowledge of local market and nearby areas.
• Basic communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple field assignments responsibly.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and physically active.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
