1.Repairs & Maintenance

• Handle basic day-to-day repair and maintenance requirements at the property.
• Identify issues related to plumbing, electrical, furniture, fixtures, appliances and other property equipment.
• Carry out minor repairs wherever possible and coordinate with external technicians for major repairs.
• Conduct regular checks of rooms, common areas and facilities to identify maintenance issues.
• Ensure maintenance issues are reported and resolved within the required timeline.
• Maintain basic records of repairs, maintenance work and expenses.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, maintenance materials, toiletries, cleaning products and other operational items.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Prevent unnecessary wastage, damage or misuse of supplies.

3. Outside Purchases & Procurement

• Purchase operational requirements from local markets and vendors as instructed.
• Collect and deliver materials, supplies and other items required for the property.
• Compare prices where required and ensure purchases are made at reasonable rates.
• Collect bills/invoices for all purchases and submit them to the concerned manager.
• Coordinate with local vendors, technicians and service providers.

4. Front Desk & Guest Support

• Handle reception duties when the front desk team is unavailable.
• Welcome guests, guide them to rooms, and assist with basic check-in/check-out coordination.
• Respond to guest maintenance complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest areas remain safe, presentable, and functional.
