Job Description

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, and reporting.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Handle sales and purchase entries.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate cash and bank records.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other basic statutory accounting requirements.
  • Prepare daily/monthly MIS and accounting reports.
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
  • Verify expenses, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
  • Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
