Assistant Manager - BIW Process A4
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
"1.Managing the production of assembly components
2.Optimum utilization of all resources
3.Leading the CFT, good team player.
4.Expedite work to ensure achievement of set production targets as per production plan
5.Meet quality requirement of the customers
6.Ensure reduction of rework/Rejection/Scrap
7.Monitor execution of daily plans with shop managers for each project and schedule cross functional meetings to review the progress of the activities
8.Strong focus on ""Daily work Management 9.Optimize utilization of automatic and semiautomatic processes to reduce manpower requirement
9.Coordinate and provide feedback to manufacturing planning for planning and monitoring of projects
10.Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, KAIZEN
11. Manage industrial relations to ensure harmonious work environment
12. Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to safe working practices
13.Multiskilling of team leaders and associates to eliminate dependency
