Job Description

  • Search and identify relevant government, private, and international tenders.
  • Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and compile tender documentation, quotations, and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with finance, technical, production, and logistics teams for tender-related information.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders through online and offline portals.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle EMDs, bank guarantees, and tender compliance requirements.
