CNC / VMC Machine OperatorJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CNC/VMC Machine Operator to work in a hydraulic manufacturing environment for an Italy-based MNC company. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC and VMC machines, handling production activities, and ensuring components are manufactured according to required specifications and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC and VMC machines for manufacturing hydraulic components.
• Set up machines and ensure correct tools, fixtures, and job parameters are used.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool offset corrections as required.
• Inspect machined components using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Ensure components meet required dimensional and quality standards.
• Identify machining defects and report production or machine-related issues.
• Maintain proper production output as per daily targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of machines and the work area.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve machining-related issues.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
• RequirementsPrevious hands-on experience as a CNC/VMC Machine Operator.
• Experience working in a hydraulic manufacturing / hydraulic components manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC machining and VMC operations.
• HNC skills/knowledge are required.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of basic machining measurements and inspection tools.
• Ability to perform basic machine setting, offsets, and tool adjustments.
• Good understanding of production and quality requirements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.
• Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in hydraulic manufacturing, hydraulic components, CNC machining, or VMC operations will be preferred.
