Production Assistant

Assist operators, technicians and production staff in day-to-day manufacturing and assembly activities.

Support loading, unloading, shifting and arranging of materials, components, tools and finished products.

Assist in assembly, packing, cleaning and other production-related activities as instructed by the Supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the workplace, tools and work areas.

Handle materials carefully and ensure proper storage at designated locations.

Assist in movement and preparation of materials required for production.

Follow instructions given by the Supervisor / Factory Manager.

Follow all applicable safety instructions, PPE requirements and workplace procedures.

Report any unsafe condition, damaged material, equipment issue or workplace incident to the Supervisor immediately.

Support maintenance and other departments whenever required and assigned.

Maintain discipline, punctuality and attendance as per Company rules.

Follow company policies, quality standards and applicable work instructions.

Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management in connection with factory operations.
