Sales Executive- Retail Software

Key Responsibilities

1.      Generate and manage leads for retail software solutions.

2.      Ensure complete lead-to-collection cycle management.

3.      Identify new prospects through tele-calling, cold calling, networking, and field visits.

4.      Develop business through agency/channel partner coordination.

5.      Conduct tele-calling, email campaigns, and direct visits to prospects.

6.      Handle customer queries and provide product information effectively.

7.      Deliver online/offline product demos and presentations.

8.      Share proposals and quotations via email/WhatsApp.

9.      Handle negotiations with potential clients and close deals.

10.  Collect purchase orders and ensure accurate Sales Order (SO) entry in the system.

11.  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

12.  Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

13.  Collect feedback and testimonials from clients.

14.  Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

15.  Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.

16.  Focus on expanding business in assigned territory and segments.

17.  Ensure continuous communication with customers post order execution.

18.  Address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
