Relationship Manager - Retail
- Source and acquire new customers for retail loan products.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure timely collection of required documents and completion of KYC requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional financial products.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and management systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
