Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online research, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
