Analyst – International Voice Process and outbound process

Location: Chandigarh/Mohali

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift / 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Experience: Freshers

Key Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Fluent English communication with good pronunciation and clarity.

Confident and comfortable speaking with international customers.

Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and MS Office.

Comfortable handling outbound calls and customer conversations.

Good listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.

Professional attitude with good customer-handling skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet defined targets.

Good attendance, punctuality, and work discipline.

Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational shifts.

Strong ownership, positive attitude, and willingness to take responsibility.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will handle outbound and inbound with international customers, understand their requirements, provide relevant information or solutions, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Pay: From ₹20,800.00 per month
