Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां और कर्तव्य (Key Responsibilities & Duties)


1. चाय और खान-पान संबंधी कार्य (Tea & Pantry Duties)

  • कर्मचारियों, प्रबंधन और कार्यालय में आने वाले मेहमानों/ग्राहकों के लिए चाय, कॉफी और पानी तैयार करना और परोसना।
  • पैंट्री (रसोई) क्षेत्र को साफ-सुथरा रखना और बर्तनों को नियमित रूप से धोना।
  • चायपत्ती, कॉफी, चीनी, दूध और अन्य जलपान सामग्री के स्टॉक की समय पर जांच करना और कमी होने पर प्रबंधन को सूचित करना।

2. सफाई और स्वच्छता संबंधी कार्य (Cleaning & Housekeeping Duties)

  • कार्यालय के फर्श पर झाड़ू लगाना,और गीला पोछा लगाना।
  • ऑफिस की डेस्क, कुर्सियों, खिड़कियों और अन्य फर्नीचर से धूल हटाना (डस्टिंग करना)
  • सभी कूड़ेदानों (Dustbins) को समय पर खाली करना और कचरे का उचित निपटान करना।
