As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to strengthen our workforce management, recruitment, and employee engagement processes.

 Your Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate training, induction, and performance evaluation programs.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure workplace discipline.
• Support payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Assist management in policy drafting, HR audits, and team-building initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and HR digital tools.
• Prior HR/recruitment experience is an  compulsory.
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment drives and training sessions.
