IELTS PTE Trainer

About the RoleStudy Master is looking for a skilled and dedicated IELTS/PTE Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective IELTS and PTE training, helping students improve their English language proficiency and achieve their required test scores for study-abroad purposes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging and structured IELTS and PTE training sessions for students at different proficiency levels.
• Prepare students for all relevant test components, including Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing.
• Assess students' current proficiency levels and develop appropriate training strategies.
• Provide regular feedback and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct practice tests, mock tests, and individual performance assessments.
• Explain test formats, question types, assessment criteria, and effective examination strategies.
• Help students improve their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and overall communication skills.
• Monitor students' progress and maintain performance records.
• Provide individual guidance to students who require additional support.
• Stay updated with changes in IELTS/PTE exam patterns, formats, and assessment requirements.
• Coordinate with the academic and counselling team regarding students' progress where required.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong command of English language, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Previous experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IELTS and/or PTE examination formats and scoring criteria.
• Excellent presentation and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant IELTS/PTE certification or a strong personal score will be an advantage.
