Job Description
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor the availability of raw materials and packaging materials required for production.
- Track production progress against planned schedules and follow up on delays.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packing materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain production planning records, inventory reports, and order status updates.
- Follow up on pending materials, batch manufacturing schedules, and production completion.
- Ensure planning activities align with approved production schedules and applicable SOPs.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on production plans, material availability, and inventory status.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team regarding finished goods availability and delivery schedules.
- Escalate material shortages, production delays, and planning issues to the concerned department or management.
