Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, front desk activities, and data entry.
• Manage patient records, documentation, and billing-related work.
• Work on the Ayushman Portal and maintain patient data.
• Attend to patient queries and resolve or escalate grievances.
• Coordinate with doctors, paramedical staff, and other team members.
• Manage staff duty rosters and assist with staff-related concerns.
• Ensure smooth centre operations and compliance with quality standards.
• Support patient outreach and centre marketing activities.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of billing and hospital documentation.
• Familiarity with the Ayushman Portal is preferred.
• Patient-friendly, soft-spoken, and well-organized.
• Teamwork and coordination skills.
• Willingness to relocate, if required.
