Repairing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Electronics circuit repair Engineer for repairing, troubleshooting, diagnosis and testing of electronics circuits, PCBs. The person should have a good knowledge and understanding of components, schematic reading and fault diagnosis techniques.

Requirements:

·        Qualification: Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·        Experience(1-3 years preferred): Practical experience in PCB troubleshooting and component-level repairing.

·        Knowledge of power supply circuits, voltage regulators, SMPS, and DC-DC converters.

·        Ability to read schematics and identify electronic components.

·        Hands-on experience with soldering stations, hot-air rework stations, and electronic testing instruments.

·        Good analytical, problem-solving, and fault-diagnosis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic circuits and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

·        Repair and replace faulty electronic components, including ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, and MOSFETs.

·        Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.

·        Perform component-level repairs using soldering and de-soldering tools.

·        Use testing and measurement equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and power supplies.

·        Identify hardware failures and perform root-cause analysis.

·        Test repaired boards to ensure proper functionality and reliability.

·        Maintain repair records, fault reports, and technical documentation.

·        Follow ESD precautions and electrical safety procedures.

·        Coordinate with the hardware design and quality teams to resolve recurring issues.
