Job Summary

Are you energetic, confident on the phone, and eager to learn? We are looking for an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Associate to drive B2C real estate leads for Parsh Realtor and B2B corporate client acquisition for Acme HR. The core focus of this role is generating fresh leads through phone/email outreach and converting them into successful business opportunities.

No prior experience is required—we provide complete training!

Key Responsibilities

📞 Telesales & Calling Confidence

• Parsh Realtor (Real Estate): Call prospective buyers to pitch residential and commercial properties, answer basic queries, and generate interest.
• Acme HR (Corporate): Contact HR managers and corporate decision-makers to introduce our recruitment and HR solutions.
• Overcoming Fear: Confidently handle cold calls, introduce our brands professionally, and learn to navigate client objections.

✉️ Mailing & Smart Follow-ups

• Email Outreach: Send professional introductory emails, property brochures, and HR service presentations to prospects.
• Rigorous Tracking: Conduct timely phone and email follow-ups with interested clients to keep the conversation going.
• Lead Funnel: Keep a daily track of called numbers, emailed clients, and warm leads.

🎯 Lead Generation & Conversion (The Core Focus)

• Real Estate: Convert phone inquiries into confirmed site visits or face-to-face meetings with our property experts.
• Corporate HR: Schedule virtual or physical meetings between corporate HR heads and our senior sales team.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily calling targets and weekly lead generation milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year experience (Candidates with a strong passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply).
• Education: Graduate in any stream (12th pass candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Calling Confidence: Must be a clear communicator with a polite, enthusiastic, and confident voice over the phone.
• Language: Good verbal command over the local language and basic corporate written English for sending emails.
• Attitude: A positive mindset, resilient against rejections, and a strong hunger to earn money through incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹ 8,000 - 10,000 per month (Fixed).
• Incentives: Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives. (Earn ₹5,000 to ₹20,000+ extra every month based on the leads you generate and convert!)
• Training: Comprehensive, hands-on training in both Real Estate and Corporate B2B Sales.
