TELE-COUNSELLOR / STUDENT ENQUIRY EXECUTIVE
Location: Chandigarh | Connect Overseas
Connect Overseas is looking for energetic and communication-focused professionals to handle enquiries from students interested in studying overseas.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact students who enquire through website, telephone and digital channels.
· Understand their study plans and requirements.
· Provide initial information regarding countries, courses and admission options.
· Schedule counselling appointments with Course Advisors.
· Follow up systematically with prospective students.
· Update enquiry and follow-up records.
· Work towards enquiry-to-counselling conversion targets.
Candidate Profile
· Graduate preferred.
· Excellent spoken communication.
· Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
· Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
· Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
