Job Description

Counter Retail SalespersonResponsibilities:

  • Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
  • Explain products, prices, offers, and features.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
  • Maintain product display and counter cleanliness.
  • Assist with stock checking and replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • 10th/12th pass or above.
  • Retail/counter sales experience preferred.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer/POS knowledge.
  • Presentable, punctual, and target-oriented.
