Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle customers, explain products, process sales, and maintain the counter area. Freshers are welcome to apply The ideal candidate should have good customer-handling skills and basic English communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
• Handle counter sales and process customer orders.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Generate bills and collect payments accurately.
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is organized.
• Check product availability and coordinate for stock requirements.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support promotional activities.

• Gender: Female
• Education: Graduation.
• Experience: 5 years.
• English: Basic English

• Fixed Salary: 20,000 – ₹30,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
