Job Description

 Location: Chandigarh

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Salary: ₹[Salary] + Incentives


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collection.
  • Follow up on pending payments and promised payment dates.
  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Maintain accurate call and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in collection/telecalling/telesales/customer support.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi & English required; Punjabi preferred.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
