About CapzulCapzul is looking for responsible, punctual, and customer-focused Medicine Delivery Executives to join our delivery team in the Tricity area. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely collecting medicines and healthcare products from Capzul's designated locations and delivering them to customers, patients, pharmacies, clinics, and other authorized delivery points.

The role requires strong knowledge of local routes, good communication skills, careful handling of medicines, and a commitment to timely and accurate deliveries.

• Job Responsibilities1. Medicine & Healthcare Product DeliveryCollect medicines, healthcare products, and other assigned orders from the designated Capzul location.
• Verify the order before leaving for delivery, including:

• Customer name
• Delivery address
• Contact number
• Order number
• Quantity and package condition
• Deliver orders safely and within the assigned delivery time.
• Handle medicines and healthcare products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, loss, or mix-ups.
• Ensure the correct package is delivered to the correct customer.
• Obtain delivery confirmation/signature/OTP as required by company procedures.
• 2. Timely DeliveryFollow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
• Make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries within the committed delivery time.
• Inform the supervisor immediately about delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or other problems.
• Maintain good knowledge of Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and surrounding areas to plan efficient routes.
• 3. Customer ServiceCommunicate politely and professionally with customers.
• Handle customer questions regarding delivery status and basic order information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behaviour at all times.
• Never argue with customers or engage in inappropriate behaviour.
• Escalate complaints, delivery issues, or requests outside the delivery executive's authority to the supervisor.
• 4. Handling Medicines ResponsiblyKeep medicine packages secure during transportation.
• Do not open, alter, exchange, or tamper with any medicine package.
• Do not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, or substitute medicines.
• If a customer asks questions about the medicine itself, politely direct them to the pharmacist, doctor, or Capzul's authorized support team.
• Follow all company instructions regarding prescription orders and restricted/temperature-sensitive products.
• Immediately report damaged, leaking, incorrectly packed, or suspicious packages to the supervisor before completing the delivery.
• 5. Delivery App & DocumentationUse the Capzul delivery application/mobile system to:

• Accept assigned orders
• View delivery addresses
• Update delivery status
• Contact customers when required
• Record successful deliveries
• Upload proof of delivery when required
• Keep the company-provided mobile/device charged and operational.
• Ensure all delivery information is updated accurately and on time.
• 6. Vehicle & Safety ResponsibilitiesUse a valid two-wheeler suitable for delivery work.
• Maintain the vehicle in safe working condition.
• Carry a valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
• Follow all traffic rules and road-safety regulations.
• Always wear a helmet while riding.
• Do not use a mobile phone while riding.
• Report vehicle breakdowns or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and secure delivery bag/box.
• 7. Professional ConductWear the prescribed Capzul uniform/ID card, if provided.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
• Treat customers, colleagues, pharmacists, doctors, and other partners respectfully.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, prescriptions, and order details.
• Do not share customer information with unauthorized persons.
• Do not take photographs of prescriptions, customers, or personal information except when specifically required under company procedure.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby areas.
• Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications.
• Basic smartphone and mobile application skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read delivery addresses accurately.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Responsible attitude toward handling medicines and customer orders.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Eligibility / RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Own two-wheeler preferred/required, depending on company policy.
• Valid vehicle documents and insurance.
• Smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Previous experience in medicine delivery, pharmacy delivery, e-commerce, food delivery, courier, logistics, or field work will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good local-area knowledge may also be considered.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and nearby Tricity areas.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required by business operations.

• Working ConditionsThe job involves extensive two-wheeler travel throughout the Tricity.
• The employee may need to work in different weather and traffic conditions.
• The role may require standing, walking, lifting/carrying delivery packages, and frequent travel.
• Working hours may vary depending on delivery requirements and assigned shifts.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required on a rotational basis.
