### 💼 Job Responsibilities

* Manage and grow PingME's *Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms*

* Create engaging *posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos*

* Develop creative content around PingME products and their use cases

* Plan and maintain a *social media content calendar*

* Research current social media trends and create relevant content

* Manage and improve PingME's online presence and brand visibility

* Run and manage *digital marketing campaigns* across platforms

* Assist with *Meta Ads and Google Ads* for lead generation and product promotion

* Generate and track leads through digital marketing channels

* Monitor social media performance, engagement, and campaign results

* Research competitors, customers, and market trends

* Collaborate with the sales team to create campaigns that generate business leads

* Help create marketing material for *corporate gifting, exhibitions, events, and product launches*

### ✅ Requirements

* *Graduate in any discipline – MINIMUM QUALIFICATION*

* Good understanding of *social media platforms and digital marketing*

* Strong knowledge of *Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn*

* Creative mindset with an ability to generate new content ideas

* Good communication and writing skills

* Basic knowledge of *Canva*

* Basic knowledge of *video editing / Reels creation*

* Understanding of *Meta Ads and Google Ads* will be an advantage

* Ability to identify and use current social media trends

* Basic understanding of analytics and social media insights

* Self-motivated, creative, and willing to experiment with new ideas

* Freshers can apply if they have strong creativity and relevant skills

* Prior experience in *digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or advertising* will be an advantage
