✅10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
✅ Experienced Candidates Can Apply ( Minimum 6 months any field experience )
✅ Preferred Experience: Field Sales, Blue-Collar Hiring, Labor Hiring, Delivery Partner Hiring, or any Field-Based Role

• Hiring & Onboarding Delivery Partners (Riders) for Swiggy Instamart
• Field Sourcing & Lead Generation
• Achieving Daily/Weekly Hiring Targets
💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: UPTO ₹24,000 In-Hand ( DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE )+ PF
