Job Title: Field Sales Executive – PhonePe Merchant Onboarding


Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: CHANDIAGRH - KHARAR, KURALI, ZIRAPUR, DERA BASSI, NARAINGARH, RAIPUR RANI, BARWALA, AMBALA, MOHALI

Department: Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates: Salary hike based on current/last CTC and relevant sales experience
  • Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month
  • Petrol Allowance: ₹4,200 per month or ₹175 per working day, as per company policy
  • PF and ESI benefits

  • Mobile allowance
  • Job ResponsibilitiesVisit 15–20 company-provided verified merchant leads daily.
  • Acquire and onboard new merchants for PhonePe payment services.
  • Install and activate PhonePe QR codes and SmartSpeakers.
  • Explain digital payment solutions and their benefits to merchants.
  • Maintain good relationships with merchants and assist with payment-related queries.
  • Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates can also apply.
  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Sales experience in PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe, telecom, FMCG, or merchant onboarding is preferred.
  • Must own an Android smartphone.
  • Must have a bike/scooter and a valid driving licence.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
