Job Role: Graphic Designer & Content Strategist

Experience: 2–4 years in graphic design with exposure to content planning and copywriting

Key responsibilities

Design

• Create marketplace listing images, infographics, A+ content, brand stores and banners for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Blinkit, following each platform's image rules.
• Design ad creatives, social media posts, carousels, stories and website banners in line with each client's brand guidelines.
• Build logos, brand kits, packaging artwork and print-ready files (using CorelDRAW and Illustrator) for clients who need them.
• Retouch and edit product photos in Photoshop: cleanup, background removal, colour correction and lifestyle composites.
• Produce short reels, product animations and ad videos using Runway or a similar AI video tool, and coordinate with the video editor on larger shoots.
• Maintain organised Canva templates and brand libraries so the Social Media Manager and clients can make safe edits themselves.

Content strategy

• Build brand messaging, positioning and tone of voice for each client, based on the strategy done by eRoadMap.
• Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, linked to launches, sales events and ad campaigns.
• Write or brief product titles, bullet points, A+ copy, ad hooks, video scripts, captions and blog outlines; guide the SEO Specialist's keyword targets into content.
• Review creative performance with the Performance Marketing and Marketplace Advertising Specialists and plan the next round of tests.
• Create case studies, founder stories and eRoadMap's own marketing content.
• Required skillsExpert-level Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator and Canva, with a portfolio that shows all four.
• Working experience with Runway or a similar AI tool (for example Midjourney, Firefly, Kling, Pika or Leonardo) for images and video.
• Strong typography, layout, colour and brand-consistency judgement.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive copy in English; Hindi and Punjabi are an advantage.
• Ability to turn a client brief into a content plan and deliver on deadlines with fast revisions.
• Good to haveBasic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics.
• Figma knowledge for website and landing-page mockups.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, fashion or D2C categories.
• Knowledge of how creatives perform in ads and on marketplaces, including CTR and conversion basics.
• Responsible use of AI tools, with checks for brand safety, copyright and accuracy.

Required skills
