Job Description

A hospitality executive (or hospitality manager) oversees daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction to ensure a hotel, resort, or restaurant runs efficiently and profitably.

Core Responsibilities

  • Operations: Plan, organize, and manage daily tasks across departments like front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Guest Relations: Welcome guests, monitor service quality, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, control costs, and track revenue reports for senior management.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and brand compliance rules across the facility
