Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible to fill up all deficiency of manpower.

2. Responsible for sourcing, short listing and closing of the positions vacant through various sourcing pools including job portals, Linkedin, Facebook leads, manpower consultants etc.

3. Ensure prompt filling up and filing of application forms & HR Interview Checklists.

4. Ensure filling up of Interview assessment forms by all interview levels.

5. Ensure maintenance and regular updating of overall vacancy status records and plan accordingly

6. Ensure the reference checks are done of every employee and hire only after getting the positive feedback

7. Responsible for submitting all the related documents at the time of joining.

8. Ensure timely disbursement of payments related to closed positions depending upon the source (Consultant payments/ Employee referrals)

9. Maintain Recruitment MIS in terms of Database of candidates, Number of offers made, Lead times, Number of positions closed including updated record of the Manpower Hired, Source of hiring on daily. Weekly and monthly basis.

10. Responsible for briefing the finalized candidates about the joining formalities and documents required for release of appointment letter.
