KITCHEN HELPER – JOB DESCRIPTIONBarsana Aahaar | Restaurant & Cloud Kitchen
ENGLISHWe are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helpers to assist our chefs and support daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vegetable cutting, chopping and basic food preparation.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Dishwashing and maintaining utensils.
- Assisting chefs in mise-en-place (pre-preparation) and food preparation.
- Helping with order preparation, packing and dispatch.
- Serving food whenever required.
- Following kitchen SOPs, cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements: Hardworking, punctual, disciplined and willing to learn. Previous experience preferred.
Facilities: Staff Meals & Accommodation Provided.
हिंदी – किचन हेल्पर (रसोई सहायक)हम अपने रेस्टोरेंट और क्लाउड किचन के लिए मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और अनुशासित किचन हेल्पर की तलाश कर रहे हैं।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- सब्जियों को काटना, छीलना और चॉपिंग करना।
- रसोई की साफ-सफाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
- बर्तन धोना और किचन के बर्तनों को व्यवस्थित रखना।
- शेफ को मीज़-एन-प्लास (खाना बनाने की पूर्व तैयारी) में सहायता करना।
- खाने की तैयारी, ऑर्डर पैकिंग और डिस्पैच में मदद करना।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर खाना सर्व करना।
- किचन के सभी SOPs और साफ-सफाई के नियमों का पालन करना।
योग्यता: मेहनती, समय के पाबंद, अनुशासित और सीखने के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार। अनुभव वालों को प्राथमिकता।
