- Responsible for managing legal aspects related to Loan Against Property (LAP) products. - Oversee documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence for loan agreements. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure legal risk mitigation. - Provide legal advice and support to the loan processing team. - Ensure timely resolution of legal issues pertaining to property loans. - Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting LAP. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline legal processes and documentation. - Monitor and manage legal disputes or litigation related to property loans. - Support the organization in maintaining compliance with financial and legal standards. - Act as a key point of contact for all legal matters concerning Loan Against Property.Job role
