WE ARE HIRING | OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location: Sector 17 chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our recruitment and career services operations. The role involves handling Job Descriptions, candidate profiles, resumes, LinkedIn profiles and day-to-day coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and process daily Job Descriptions
• Review candidate resumes and basic profile details
• Support Resume Optimization & LinkedIn Optimization services
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with candidates for required information
• Handle basic email, WhatsApp and internal communication
• Ensure accurate and timely data updates
• Coordinate with the recruitment team on daily requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Typing speed: 40 WPM or above
• Basic English reading, understanding and speaking
• Basic computer knowledge
• MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow instructions

WHO CAN APPLY?
