Job Description
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report residents' health conditions and any changes to the nursing staff or supervisor.
- Support patients with medication reminders as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment for residents.
- Assist in transferring, positioning, and ambulation of residents using proper techniques.
- Record daily care activities and maintain required documentation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
