Job Description
Job Description – Telecaller (Pharmacy Line)
Position: Telecaller – Pharmacy
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pharmacy products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales/pharmacy team when required.
- Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the pharmacy/healthcare industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy products/medicines will be an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
