• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable PHP applications and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable object-oriented code.
• Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel / Symfony.
• Develop database queries and integrations using MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing and production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance and security.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, Product and DevOps teams.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor.
• Required Technical SkillsPHP development experience according to the respective experience level.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP, Design Patterns and Dependency Management.
• Hands-on experience with Laravel / Symfony or comparable frameworks.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of automated testing, application security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies; Svelte is an advantage.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor.

Interview & Selection Process4–5 Rounds of Selection:

1. Written Technical Assessment: Minimum 70% score required to qualify for further rounds.
2. Technical Interview
3. Technical / Managerial Round
4. Final Management Round
5. Additional round, if required.
