Job Description
- Daily Market VisitsVisit assigned retail counters as per the daily beat plan.
- Maintain regular market coverage and ensure maximum counter penetration.
- Complete the required number of counter visits every working day.
- Order BookingTake orders from retailers and ensure accurate order punching through the company-approved sales application.
- Ensure timely submission of orders to the distributor.
- Follow up on pending orders and stock availability.
- Secondary SalesGenerate and achieve daily/weekly/monthly secondary sales targets.
- Work closely with the distributor and Sales Officer to improve sales.
- Focus on increasing product movement and repeat orders.
- New Counter DevelopmentIdentify and open new retail counters in the assigned territory.
- Increase distribution and product availability.
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at counters.
- Distributor CoordinationCoordinate with the distributor regarding stock, billing, delivery, and market requirements.
- Report stock shortages, market issues, competitor activity, and retailer feedback to the reporting manager.
- FieldAssist / Sales App CompliancePunch attendance and counter visits through the company-approved application.
- Ensure all orders and market activities are properly recorded.
- GPS/location and counter punching must accurately reflect actual field activity.
- Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor pricing, schemes, products, and market activities.
- Collect retailer and distributor feedback and share relevant information with the Sales Officer/ASM.
- Daily ReportingSubmit daily sales and market activity reports.
- Maintain proper records of orders, counter visits, new outlets, and secondary sales.
