URGENT HIRING – CASHIER / RESTAURANT MANAGERBarsana Aahaar | Restaurant & Cloud Kitchen

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and disciplined Cashier / Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant and Cloud Kitchen.

1. Key Responsibilities & DutiesCash & Billing Management: Handle POS billing, cash, UPI, daily sales reports, cash reconciliation and closing accounts.
2. Restaurant Operations: Supervise dine-in, takeaway, online orders and cloud kitchen operations.
3. Order Management: Monitor KOTs, online orders, order accuracy, preparation time and timely dispatch.
4. Staff Management: Allocate duties, manage attendance, staff discipline, grooming and shift responsibilities.
5. SOP Implementation: Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, operational checklists and service standards.
6. Inventory Control: Monitor stock, maintain daily consumption records, minimise wastage and prevent pilferage.
7. Customer Service: Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
8. Hygiene & Quality Control: Maintain food safety, kitchen cleanliness, personal hygiene and quality standards.
9. Reporting & Accountability: Maintain daily operational reports, cash records, stock updates and report directly to management.
10. Overall Supervision: Ensure smooth functioning of both restaurant and cloud kitchen operations without operational delays.

• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Restaurant and Cloud Kitchen operations preferred.
• Experience in cashiering, POS billing and staff handling.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined and accountable.
• Ability to independently manage operations and enforce SOPs.

WORKING HOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENT12-hour duty shift as per operational requirements.

• Candidates must be comfortable and prepared to commit to a 12-hour working schedule.
