Job DescriptionWe are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in the Smart Electronics & Smart Home Appliances segment.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in smart technology, electronic products and home appliances and should be able to understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.

The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, product demonstrations, sales, lead follow-ups and recommending suitable smart products based on customer requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingWelcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences and budget.
• Recommend suitable smart electronic and home appliance products.
• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how products work.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process and close sales.
• Follow up with leads and enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain basic records of enquiries, leads and sales.

Smart Product KnowledgeThe candidate should have a good basic-to-moderate understanding of smart products, including:

• Smart home appliances
• Smart lights and lighting systems
• Smart switches and plugs
• Smart TVs and entertainment devices
• Smart speakers and voice-controlled devices
• Smart cameras and video doorbells
• Smart locks
• Smart sensors
• Connected kitchen and home appliances
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled products
• Mobile-app-controlled appliances
• Voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Home

The candidate should be able to understand basic connectivity, app setup, device pairing and compatibility and explain these features to customers in simple terms.

• Product Demonstration & Solution SellingDemonstrate products to customers and explain their key features.
• Help customers understand the practical benefits of smart appliances.
• Recommend products based on the customer's home, lifestyle and requirements.
• Explain basic requirements such as Wi-Fi connectivity, mobile apps and compatibility.
• Suggest complementary products where appropriate.
• Coordinate with the installation or technical team when required.
• Provide customers with basic guidance regarding product setup and usage.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in:
• Consumer electronics
• Home appliances
• Smart home products
• Electrical/electronic products
• Technology or premium retail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in smart technology and electronic products.
• Ability to understand product features and explain them clearly to customers.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations.
• Good sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, WhatsApp and basic computer systems.
• Basic understanding of smart devices, Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of Alexa, Google Home or similar smart-home platforms will be an advantage.
• Professional, presentable and confident personality.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and technical/installation teams.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who can work as a Sales Consultant for smart electronics and home appliances.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

Understand the customer's requirement → Recommend the right product → Explain its features → Demonstrate the product → Answer basic technical questions → Close the sale → Assist with follow-up.

Candidates with a background in electronics, appliances, smart home products, electrical products or technology sales will be preferred.
