Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken Sales & Front Desk Executive for our home décor store.

This is primarily a sales and customer-handling role, with additional responsibility for front desk activities and social media content creation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, explaining products, generating sales, handling enquiries and creating simple marketing videos/Reels for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle front desk activities professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle enquiries, follow-ups and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
• Create Instagram Reels, Stories and short product videos.
• Shoot product videos using a smartphone/camera.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products.
• Have basic knowledge of framing, camera angles, lighting and video content.
• Assist with basic social media and marketing activities.
• Maintain neat and attractive product displays.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Sales-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Basic social media and content-creation skills are required.
• Comfortable shooting and appearing in Reels/product videos.
• Basic smartphone/camera and video-editing knowledge.
• Good eye for product presentation and aesthetics.
• Basic computer skills.
