URGENT HIRING – SALES & MARKETING / DEALER NETWORK PROFESSIONALS
Industry: DG Sets, Electrical Equipment & Related Products
🏢 Company: Leading Manufacturer of Gensets & Related Products
A reputed manufacturing group with an annual turnover of approximately ₹1,000 Crore, corporate office in Chandigarh and multiple branches across India.
1. SALES & MARKETING – DG SETSJob Locations: Chandigarh, Mohali, Jalandhar, Ludhiana & Jammu
(At least one candidate required at each location.)
A. Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience: 6–8 years.
- Salary: ₹6–8 LPA + Variable Pay.
B. Assistant Manager / Sales Executive – Sales & Marketing
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience: 2–4 years.
- Salary: Based on present CTC and experience.
Industry Experience:
Sales and marketing experience in Industrial / Capital Equipment, preferably DG Sets, Electrical Panels, Transformers and HT/LT Switchgears.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle direct marketing operations in the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and drive business development.
- Manage customer accounts from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Build customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Lead and guide the sales team to meet business objectives.
2. MANAGER – DEALER NETWORKJob Location: Chandigarh
- Qualification: BE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics.
- Experience: 4–6 years.
- Salary: ₹6–9 LPA + Variable Pay.
Preferred Industry: DG Sets, Solar, Batteries and Electrical Switchgears.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and manage the existing dealer network.
- Achieve dealer sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and establish new dealers in uncovered territories.
- Develop dealer relationships and expand market presence.
- Monitor dealer performance and business growth.
PREFERRED COMPANIES:
Mahindra, Jackson (Cummins), Eicher, Cooper, Escorts, Gainwell, Greaves and other DG Set OEMs.
💰 Salary: As mentioned against each position. Final compensation will be considered based on present CTC, experience and suitability.
