1. Fixed Salary:

This is not a target-based job. Employees will receive a fixed salary credited directly to their salary account.

2. Annual and Semi-Annual Increments:

Exceptional performance will be rewarded with increments.

Annual Increment: 8% to 20%.

6-Month Increment: 3% to 8% based on outstanding contributions.

3. Monthly Incentives:

Employees are eligible for monthly incentives ranging from 3% to 5% depending on their performance and adherence to company goals.

4. Job Timing:

Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

5. Medical and Emergency Benefits:

Verified medical emergencies with proper documentation will qualify for appropriate salary benefits.

6. Internet and Device Facilities:

The company provides employees with work-related phone and internet data allowances to ensure smooth operations.

7. Performance-Based Incentives:

Employees achieving their targets will receive special recognition and rewards.

8.Company-Issued Documents

The company will provide the following documents as per your employment:

Joining Letter: Issued upon joining the company.

Offer Letter: Provided before your joining date.

Experience Letter: Issued upon completion of your employment tenure.

Salary Slips: Provided monthly for record-keeping and financial purposes

Position: sr.Counsellor / sale manager

Salary: ₹25000

000 - ₹30000 per month

Location: Scf 59 phases 2 Mohali

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Sunday Off)

Job Role:

Use your communication skills to guide clients over the phone, explaining our membership plans and helping them make informed decisions.

Engage clients with clarity and empathy, providing detailed answers to their queries.

Build rapport and encourage client satisfaction through friendly, professional service.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and persuasive sales skills are a must.

A knack for customer service and the ability to create a positive client experience.

Previous experience in tele-counselling or customer support is an advantage but not required.
