Job Description
JOB TITLE: Telecalling Executive
Experience: 0-6 months
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database
Explain company products/services and answer queries
Generate leads or set appointments for the sales team
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM system
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, or WhatsApp
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and reporting goals
Maintain a professional and courteous tone on all calls
