Spare Parts Executive

The Parts Assistant is responsible for supporting the spare parts department at a Honda dealership by maintaining inventory, assisting technicians and customers, issuing spare parts, and ensuring the timely availability of genuine Honda spare parts and accessories.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in receiving, checking, and storing genuine Honda spare parts and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the dealership’s Hirise .
• Issue spare parts to the service department, technicians, and customers as required.
• Assist in identifying the correct spare parts using Honda parts catalogues and part numbers.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Parts Manager about low-stock and fast-moving items.
• Support spare parts ordering, receiving, and follow-up with suppliers or the Honda distributor.
• Arrange parts properly on shelves and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Check incoming parts for quantity, part number, damage, and discrepancies.
• Assist with stocktaking, inventory reconciliation, and reporting missing or damaged items.
• Help prepare invoices, delivery notes, and parts issue slips.
• Provide courteous service to customers and coordinate with the service and sales departments.
• Follow dealership procedures and Honda standards for parts handling and storage.
• Parts received and transfer to location.
• check physical stock and maintain minimum inventry.
• Parts/Accesories received and match with invoice.
