Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Counselor / Visa Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding various visa and immigration pathways, assessing their profiles, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring excellent client service from initial consultation to application submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and counsel clients for Study Visa, Tourist/Visitor Visa, and Work Visa applications.
• Conduct client profile assessments and provide suitable visa options based on eligibility and requirements.
• Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, and timelines clearly and professionally.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client files and supporting documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage incoming leads and conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospective clients into successful applications.
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships throughout the visa application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
• Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM/software systems.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets while maintaining high standards of client service.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely updates regarding their applications.
• Candidate Requirements1+ year of experience in immigration, visa consultancy, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and computer applications.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.
• Knowledge of international visa and immigration processes will be an added advantage.
