We are looking for an energetic and goal driver tele caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for [making outbound calls to prospective clients answer inbound customer inquiries], Pitching our immigration and visa Services, qualifying leads and maintaining accurate call records.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make direct calls to prospective or existing customers using our database.
  • Clearly explain immigration and visa Service, pricing and benefits to address customer needs.
  • Handle customer queries, objective and follow-up professionally.
  • Schedule appointments with the immigration consultant.
  • Maintain records of calls and client details.


Communication skill

  • Clear speech, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
